Chapter 1. Definitions

IC 33-30-1-1

Definitions; applicability

    

Sec. 1. The definitions in this chapter apply throughout this
article.

IC 33-30-1-2

"Chief justice"

    

Sec. 2. "Chief justice" means the chief justice of Indiana.

"Judge"

    

Sec. 3. "Judge" means a county court judge or, where the context
requires, a judge of a unified superior court.

"Temporary transfer"

    

Sec. 4. "Temporary transfer" means an assignment for more than
the duration of a six (6) year term.
