Judicial circuit; small claims and misdemeanor division

    

Sec. 1. (a) Franklin County constitutes the thirty-seventh judicial
circuit.

    (b) There are two (2) judges of the Franklin circuit court.

    (c) The Franklin circuit court has a standard small claims and
misdemeanor division.
