Judicial circuit
    Sec. 1. Jackson County constitutes the fortieth judicial circuit.

Establishment of standard superior court
    Sec. 2. (a) There is established a court of record to be known asthe Jackson superior court.
    (b) The Jackson superior court is a standard superior court asdescribed in IC 33-29-1.
    (c) Jackson County comprises the judicial district of the court.

    Sec. 3. The Jackson superior court has two (2) judges.
