Judicial circuit

    

Sec. 1. Jackson County constitutes the fortieth judicial circuit.

Establishment of standard superior court

    

Sec. 2. (a) There is established a court of record to be known as
the Jackson superior court.

    (b) The Jackson superior court is a standard superior court as
described in IC 33-29-1.

    (c) Jackson County comprises the judicial district of the court.

Sec. 3. The Jackson superior court has two (2) judges.

Jurisdiction

    

Sec. 4. The Jackson superior court has the same jurisdiction as the
Jackson circuit court.
