    Sec. 1. Jefferson County constitutes the fifth judicial circuit.

Establishment of standard superior court
    Sec. 2. (a) There is established a court of record to be known asthe Jefferson superior court.
    (b) The Jefferson superior court is a standard superior court asdescribed in IC 33-29-1.
    (c) Jefferson County comprises the judicial district of the court.

    Sec. 3. The Jefferson superior court has one (1) judge who shallhold sessions in Madison.
