Judicial circuit
    Sec. 1. (a) Jennings County constitutes the eighty-sixth judicialcircuit.
    (b) The Jennings circuit court has a standard small claims andmisdemeanor division.

Establishment of standard superior court
    Sec. 2. (a) There is established a court of record to be known asthe Jennings superior court.
    (b) The Jennings superior court is a standard superior court asdescribed in IC 33-29-1.
    (c) Jennings County comprises the judicial district of the court.

Judge; location of court sessions
    Sec. 3. The Jennings superior court has one (1) judge who shallhold sessions in:
        (1) the Jennings County courthouse in Vernon; or
        (2) another place in the county as the Jennings Countyexecutive may provide.

Jurisdiction
    Sec. 4. The Jennings superior court has the same jurisdiction asthe Jennings circuit court.
