Judicial circuit; small claims and misdemeanor division
    Sec. 1. (a) Brown County constitutes the eighty-eighth judicialcircuit.
    (b) The Brown circuit court has a standard small claims andmisdemeanor division.
    (c) The judge of the Brown circuit court may appoint one (1)full-time magistrate under IC 33-23-5. The magistrate continues inoffice until removed by the judge.
