Judicial circuit
    Sec. 1. Rush County constitutes the sixty-fifth judicial circuit.

Establishment of standard superior court
    Sec. 2. (a) There is established a court of record to be known asthe Rush superior court.
    (b) The Rush superior court is a standard superior court asdescribed in IC 33-29-1.
    (c) Rush County comprises the judicial district of the court.

Judge; location of court sessions
    Sec. 3. The Rush superior court has one (1) judge who shall holdsessions in:
        (1) the Rush County courthouse in Rushville; or
        (2) other places in the county that the Rush county executiveprovides.

Jurisdiction
    Sec. 4. The Rush superior court has the same jurisdiction as theRush circuit court.
