Judicial circuit
    Sec. 1. (a) Carroll County constitutes the seventy-fourth judicialcircuit.
    (b) The Carroll circuit court has a standard small claims andmisdemeanor division.

Establishment of standard superior court
    Sec. 2. (a) There is established a court of record to be known asthe Carroll superior court.
    (b) The Carroll superior court is a standard superior court asdescribed in IC 33-29-1.
    (c) Carroll County comprises the judicial district of the superiorcourt.

Judge; location of court sessions
    Sec. 3. The Carroll superior court has one (1) judge who shallhold sessions in the Carroll County courthouse in Delphi or in otherplaces in the county as the Carroll County executive may provide.

Jurisdiction
    Sec. 4. The Carroll superior court has the same jurisdiction as theCarroll circuit court.
