Judicial circuit
    Sec. 1. Wells County constitutes the twenty-eighth judicial circuit.

Establishment of standard superior court
    Sec. 2. (a) There is established a court of record to be known asthe Wells superior court.
    (b) The Wells superior court is a standard superior court asdescribed in IC 33-29-1.
    (c) Wells County comprises the judicial district of the court.

Judge; location of court sessions
    Sec. 3. The Wells superior court has one (1) judge who shall holdsessions in:
        (1) the Wells County courthouse in Bluffton; or
        (2) other places in the county that the Wells County executivemay provide.

Jurisdiction
    Sec. 4. The Wells superior court has the same jurisdiction as theWells circuit court, except that the circuit court has juvenilejurisdiction.

    Sec. 5. The Wells superior court has a standard small claims andmisdemeanor division.
