Stockholder or officer of a cemetery association as notary
    Sec. 1. A notary public who is a stockholder or an officer of acemetery association whose rules or constitution prohibit an officeror a stockholder from becoming a beneficiary from the sale of lots bythe cemetery association may take acknowledgments of sales of lots.
