Chapter 8. Board Employees

Executive director; appointment

    

Sec. 1. The board may appoint an executive director to carry out
this article.

Powers of executive director

    

Sec. 2. The executive director may:

        (1) employ persons; or

        (2) contract for services;

upon approval by the board.

Sec. 3. An employee of the board serves at the pleasure of the
board.
