Legal disabilities; accrual of action
    
Sec. 1. A person who is under legal disabilities when the cause ofaction accrues may bring the action within two (2) years after thedisability is removed.

No legal disability upon reaching age 18
    
Sec. 2. A contract, sale, release, or conveyance executed by aperson after reaching the person's eighteenth birthday may not beavoided by the person on the grounds that, at the time the agreementwas executed, the person was acting under a legal disability byreason of the person's age. A person who executes an agreement afterreaching the person's eighteenth birthday may not assert legaldisability by reason of age as a defense in an action to enforce acontract against the person.
