Injunction or order of removal
    Sec. 1. Upon petition by any party, the court may enjoin theposting of, or may order the removal of, handbills, notices, or otherwritten material on telephone or utility poles in any case in which thecourt finds that to allow the posting, or permit the posting tocontinue, would be either unsafe or unsightly.
