    Sec. 1. (a) This chapter contains a list of references to otherlimited liability provisions outside IC 34.
    (b) Listing in this chapter does not equate to the creation of a limiton civil liability, and failure to be listed in this chapter does notnegate a limit on civil liability recognized elsewhere in the IndianaCode.
    (c) Statutes that limit civil liability may also contain exceptionsto the limitation, therefore each statute must be consulted directly todetermine the applicability of the limitation on liability provided.
