Recovery of money; amount

    

Sec. 1. In actions for recovery of money, the jury must assess the
amount of the recovery.

Recovery of property; assessment

    

Sec. 2. In actions for the recovery of property, the jury must make
the assessments required under IC 32-35-2-35.
