    Chapter 2. Records of the Worker's Compensation Board

Evidentiary value
    Sec. 1. Copies of:
        (1) all papers filed with; and
        (2) all records, exhibits, awards, and orders made by;
the worker's compensation board, when certified by the secretary ofthe board to be true and complete copies, are competent evidence inthe several courts of record in Indiana in all cases in which theoriginal papers, records, awards, exhibits, and orders would becompetent evidence.
