Bond to secure return of personal property taken in execution ofjudgment
    Sec. 1. When personal property is taken in an execution ofjudgment, the execution defendant may, under IC 34-55-5-1, deliverto the sheriff a written undertaking, payable to the executionplaintiff, with sufficient surety, to obtain the return of the personalproperty.
