    Chapter 1. Definitions and Applicability

Applicability
    Sec. 1. The definitions in this chapter apply throughout thisarticle.

IC 36-11-1-2
"District"
    Sec. 2. "District" means a county onsite waste managementdistrict established under this article.

"Governing body"
    Sec. 3. "Governing body" means the county executive of thecounty in which the district is located or proposed to be located.

"System"
    Sec. 4. "System" means a sewage disposal system (as defined inIC 13-11-2-201).
