Duty of county highway department
    Sec. 1. Each county highway department shall control detrimentalplants (as defined in IC 15-16-8-1), and noxious weeds as requiredby law.

Expenses
    Sec. 2. All expenses for carrying out this chapter shall be paid outof funds from that county's allocation from the motor vehiclehighway account.
