Chapter 18. Weed Cutting on County Roadsides

Duty of county highway department

    

Sec. 1. Each county highway department shall control detrimental
plants (as defined in IC 15-16-8-1), and noxious weeds as required
by law.

Expenses

    

Sec. 2. All expenses for carrying out this chapter shall be paid out
of funds from that county's allocation from the motor vehicle
highway account.
