    Sec. 1. This chapter applies to each county having a consolidatedcity.

Bonds or notes to relocate animal control center
    Sec. 2. The city-county legislative body may issue bonds or notesto relocate, acquire, construct, and equip an animal control center ifrelocation of an existing center is, in the discretion of the worksboard, necessary or desirable to operate any existing or plannedpublic works.

Debt service on bonds or notes
    Sec. 3. Debt service on bonds or notes issued under this chaptermay be paid from any funds of the works board available to pay thedebt service, as determined by the city-county legislative body as setforth in IC 5-1-14-4.
