    Chapter 1. Fiscal Year; Filing of Annual Reports to Governor

Dates beginning and ending
    Sec. 1. The fiscal year for the state of Indiana be, and the same ishereby fixed to begin with the first day of July in each year and toend with the thirtieth day of June of the succeeding year.

Reports to governor
    Sec. 2. Wherever it is now provided by law that any officer,board, commission, department, institution, association, service,agency, or undertaking of state government shall file an annual reportwith the governor, such report shall be filed covering the fiscal yearbeginning July 1, and ending June 30, as herein provided for, andsuch report shall be filed on or before September 1 of each year;Provided, That such reports to be filed during the calendar year of1933, shall cover the period from October 1, 1932, to June 30, 1933,and shall be filed on or before September 1, 1933.
