State auditor; satisfaction of mortgages; security for loans ofUnited States government surplus revenue funds
    Sec. 1. The auditor of state be and he is hereby authorized to entersatisfaction of the mortgages executed to the state of Indiana tosecure loans made by the agents of the state appointed in the severalcounties of the state to loan the surplus revenue funds deposited withthe state by the government of the United States and apportioned tothe several counties of the state, and now remaining unsatisfied uponthe records in the recorders' offices of the several counties of thestate.
