    Chapter 12. State Library and Historical Building

State library and historical building
    
Sec. 1. When the state library and historical building shall havebeen finally completed and when any dedication ceremonies whichmay be arranged for in connection therewith shall have beenconcluded, the custody, management and maintenance of such statelibrary and historical building shall be turned over to and shall bevested in the board of public buildings and property, and the boardof public buildings and property shall thereafter have the custody,management and maintenance of such state library and historicalbuilding in the same manner and subject to the laws of this stategoverning the custody, management and maintenance of thestate-house, and the state library building commission shall bethereupon ipso facto dissolved. If, upon the dissolution of the statelibrary building commission, as hereinbefore provided, there is anunexpended balance in the state library and historical building fund,or if any money shall thereafter accrue to such fund from delinquenttaxes or from any other source, any and all money which is in orwhich may at any time accrue to such fund shall be expended by thestate library and historical board for any of the purposes for whichthe state library building commission might have expended suchfunds if it had not been dissolved.
