Contents of reports; plans and estimates for improvements
Sec. 1. It shall be the duty of every state institution, office, board,bureau, society, commission or other organization which receives anappropriation from the state, to furnish to the governor elect of thestate, upon his request, within six (6) days after each general electionin November, such information in relation to the management,control, receipts, expenditures and needs of such state institution,office, board, bureau, society, commission or other organization asthe governor may require and in such form as the governor mayprescribe and to furnish plans and reliable estimates for allimprovements for which appropriations are to be requested from thenext general assembly.
