"Fund" defined
    Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "fund" refers to the Indiana horseracing commission operating fund.

Establishment; administration
    Sec. 2. The Indiana horse racing commission operating fund isestablished. The fund shall be administered by the commission. Thefund does not revert to the state general fund at the end of a statefiscal year.

Composition of fund
    Sec. 3. The fund consists of appropriations made by the generalassembly.

Purpose
    Sec. 4. The commission shall use the fund to pay its operatingcosts and to pay the costs of administering and enforcing this article.
