    Chapter 2.5. Service of Lieutenant Governor and Employees onState Agencies, Boards, and Other Bodies

Designee as member
    Sec. 1. In all cases where the lieutenant governor is a member ofa state agency, committee, division, board, authority, or otherorganization created by law, the lieutenant governor may designateanother individual to serve on the agency, committee, division,board, authority, or organization in place of the lieutenant governoras a member for all purposes. A designation under this sectionbecomes effective when filed in the official records of the agency,committee, division, board, authority, or organization and remains ineffect until the designation lapses in accordance with its terms.
