    Chapter 12. Payment of Bond Premiums

"Municipal corporation" defined
    Sec. 1. The term "municipal corporation" means a county,township, city, town, or school corporation.

Premiums on bid prices to constitute part of fund to retire bondand pay interest thereon
    Sec. 2. Whenever any bonds are sold by any municipalcorporation and when the successful bidder agrees to pay and doespay any premium as a part of the bid price of such bonds, any and allpremiums so received shall be paid into and shall constitute a part ofthe fund which is created to retire such bonds and to pay the interestthereon.
