Change of address
    
Sec. 2. The office of the attorney general may revoke a programparticipant's certification if the program participant changes theprogram participant's residential address from the address listed onthe application, unless the program participant provides the office ofthe attorney general with written notice seven (7) days before thechange of address.

Sec. 3. The office of the attorney general may revoke thecertification of a program participant if mail forwarded by the officeof the attorney general to the program participant's address isreturned as undeliverable.

Applicants using false information
    
Sec. 4. The office of the attorney general shall revoke thecertification of a program participant who has applied to the addressconfidentiality program using false information.

Termination or invalidity of protective order
    
Sec. 5. Unless the program participant's certification has beenrenewed under IC 5-26.5-2-7, the office of the attorney general shallrevoke the certification of a program participant if the attorneygeneral determines that the protective order on which thecertification is based has been terminated or otherwise invalidated.
