Fees authorized
Sec. 1.The secretary of state, provided that no fees shall becharged against the United States, or this, or any other state, or anycounty of this state, nor against any officer of either of them, for anyattestation, certificate or paper required by them for official use, shallbe authorized to charge and collect on behalf of the state of Indianaa fee to be paid by the parties requiring the service, for all copyingof records, papers and documents not otherwise provided for, tencents ($0.10) per page.
