    Chapter 2. Removal From Office for Intoxication

Voluntary intoxication during business hours
    Sec. 1. Any person holding any office under the constitution orlaws of this state who shall voluntarily become intoxicated within thebusiness hours of the office, or is in the habit of becomingintoxicated by the use of intoxicating liquors, shall be removed fromoffice under IC 34-17.
