Applicability of definitions

    

Sec. 1. The definitions in this chapter apply throughout this
article.

"Person"

    

Sec. 2. "Person" has the meaning set forth in IC 35-41-1-22.

Sec. 3. "Tobacco product" means a product that contains tobacco
and is intended for human consumption.
