    Chapter 12. Utility Service to Certain Hospitals

Consent of commission
    Sec. 1. Any public utility operating in any city or town, and anycity or town in this state which owns or operates or which mayhereafter own or operate any public utility, is hereby authorized, withthe consent of the commission, to furnish utility service, free ofcharge, to any hospital located within such city or town orimmediately adjacent thereto which accepts and cares for charitypatients.
