    Chapter 14. Electric Transmission Lines Over Railroads

Plans and specifications
    Sec. 1. The commission is hereby authorized and empowered toregulate the crossings of steam, street and interurban railroad tracksby electric power transmission and distribution wires, and every suchcrossing shall conform to the orders and specifications of saidcommission. The commission may examine existing crossings andrequire their alteration to conform to its specifications, provided thatin no event shall it be lawful to maintain such wires less thantwenty-two (22) feet above the top of the rails of any such railroadtracks.
