    Chapter 3. Fraudulent Bills of Lading

Fraudulent bills of lading; offense
    
Sec. 1. A person who, with intent to defraud:
        (1) falsely makes, alters, forges, counterfeits, prints, orphotographs any bill of lading purporting to represent goodsreceived for shipment intrastate in Indiana;
        (2) utters or publishes as true and genuine any such falselymade, altered, forged, counterfeited, printed, or photographedbill of lading; or
        (3) issues, negotiates, or transfers for value a bill whichcontains a false statement as to the receipt of the goods, or as toany other matter;
commits a Class D felony.
