Use of money received for capital and operating expenses
    Sec. 1. The district shall use the money received by the district forthe capital and operating expenses of the district and the district'sservice divisions.

Allocation between commuter service division and bus servicedivision
    Sec. 2. Excluding any amount restricted to a particular use by lawor the grantor, the district shall allocate the amounts received by thedistrict between:
        (1) the capital expenses and operation cost of the district'scommuter service division; and
        (2) the capital expenses and operation cost of the district's busservice division.

Service division use of money must comply with districttransportation plan
    Sec. 3. A distribution received by a service division from thedistrict must be used in accordance with the district's transportationplan.
