Specifications and requirements; violations
    
Sec. 1. It is a Class C infraction for a person, or the lessee orreceiver of any person, who owns or operates any line of steam orinterurban railroad to run trains without installing and maintaining,at each grade crossing of its railroad with any public highway,railroad crossing signs (crossbucks) and number of tracks signs ifrequired, placed at right angles with the highway, where possible.The construction of the signs and warning notice must be inconformance with the manual on uniform traffic control devicesadopted under IC 9-21-2-1.
