    Chapter 6. Substituting for Railroad Operating Employees

Violation; injury or sickness exception
    Sec. 1. It is a Class C infraction for a railroad company to allowany person to fill the position of an engineer, fireman, conductor,baggagemaster, brakeman, or flagman unless regularly employed assuch. This section does not prevent any railroad company using anyperson in case of injury or sickness occurring between terminals toany engineer, fireman, conductor, baggagemaster, brakeman, orflagman.
