Chapter 4. Tort Claim Immunity

IC 9-15-4-1

Member and employee immunity; exception

    

Sec. 1. IC 34-13-3 applies to a claim or suit in tort against any of
the following:

        (1) A member of the commission.

        (2) An employee of the commission who is employed at a
license branch under IC 9-16, except for an employee employed
at a license branch operated under a contract with the
commission under IC 9-16-1-4.
