Farm wagons; golf carts; low speed vehicles; inapplicability
    Sec. 1. This article does not apply to farm wagons, a golf cartwhen operated in accordance with an ordinance adopted underIC 9-21-1-3(a)(14) or IC 9-21-1-3.3(a), or a motor vehicle that wasdesigned to have a maximum design speed of not more thantwenty-five (25) miles per hour and that was built, constructed,modified, or assembled by a person other than the manufacturer.
