    Chapter 32. Yard Tractor Repair, Maintenance, and RelocationPermit License Plates

Issuance
    Sec. 1. The bureau shall issue a yard tractor repair, maintenance,and relocation permit license plate to a carrier underIC 6-6-4.1-13(d).

Design and manufacture
    Sec. 2. (a) The bureau shall design and manufacture yard tractorrepair, maintenance, and relocation permit license plates as neededto administer this chapter.
    (b) The license plate designed and manufactured under thissection must:
        (1) be designed for display on a yard tractor;
        (2) be designed to be transferable between yard tractorsoperated by the carrier; and
        (3) designate the yard tractor as a yard tractor permitted tooperate on a public highway under IC 6-6-4.1-13(f).

Adoption of rules
    Sec. 3. The bureau may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 necessary toadminister this chapter.
