Chapter 17. Television Sets

Television screen visible to driver

    

Sec. 1. A person may not:

        (1) own a motor vehicle; or

        (2) operate upon a highway a motor vehicle;

that has a television set installed so that the screen of the television
set can be seen by a person sitting in the driver's seat.

Sec. 2. A person who violates this chapter commits a Class C
infraction.
