Report on condition of Indiana roads
    Sec. 1. Before January 2 of each odd-numbered year, the CivilEngineering School at Purdue University shall report in an electronicformat under IC 5-14-6 to the general assembly the results of acontinuing study of the condition of Indiana's roads and streets as thecondition may be affected by trucks and tractor-semitrailercombinations.
