    Chapter 5. Duties of Garages and Repair Shops

Vehicle showing evidence of having been struck by bullet; duty tomake report
    Sec. 1. The person in charge of a garage or repair shop to whicha motor vehicle that shows evidence of having been struck by a bulletis brought shall report to the state police department, withintwenty-four (24) hours after the motor vehicle is received, thefollowing information:
        (1) The engine number of the vehicle.
        (2) The registration number of the vehicle.
        (3) The name and address of the owner or operator of thevehicle.

    Sec. 2. A person who violates this chapter commits a Class Cinfraction.
