16a-4-112.   (UCCC) Administrative action ofcommissioner of insurance.(1) To the extent that the commissioner's responsibilityunder this article requires,the commissioner of insurance shall issue rules with respect to insurers,and with respect to refunds (K.S.A. 16a-4-108, andamendments thereto), forms, schedules ofpremium rates and charges (K.S.A. 16a-4-203, andamendments thereto), and the commissioner's approval ordisapproval thereof and, in case of violation, may make an order forcompliance.

      (2)   Each provision on administrative procedures andjudicialreview of the article on administration (article 6) whichappliesto and governs administrative action taken by the administrator alsoapplies to and governs all administrative action taken by the commissionerof insurance pursuant to this section.
