1-33-6. Performance of functions of bureaus. The Department of Executive Management shall, under the direction and control of the Governor, perform all the functions of the following bureaus:
(1) The Bureau of Finance and Management;
(2) The Bureau of Administration;
(3) The Bureau of Intergovernmental Relations.
This section does not apply to the advisory functions (as defined in § 1-32-1) of the State Planning Commission with respect to the programs associated with it.
