1-47-5. Motor vehicle functions transferred. The functions exercised by the former Division of Motor Vehicles of the former Department of Public Safety pursuant to chapters 32-3, 32-5, 32-9, 32-10, 32-11, 32-22, 32-36, and 10-47A which were transferred to the Department of Commerce and Regulation under Executive Order 84-1 are transferred to the Department of Revenue and Regulation.
The functions exercised by the secretary of commerce and regulation pursuant to chapters 32-3, 32-5, 32-9, 32-10, 32-11, 32-22, 32-36, and 10-47A are transferred to the secretary of revenue and regulation.
