11-11-102. Contracts for technical and advisory services--Compensation. The authority shall have the power, as necessary or convenient to carry out and effectuate the purposes and provisions of this chapter, to contract for services with architects, engineers, attorneys, accountants, housing construction and financial experts, and such other advisers, consultants, and agents as may be necessary in its judgment and to fix their compensation.
