11-11-107. Insurance of property of authority. The authority shall have the power, as necessary or convenient to carry out and effectuate the purposes and provisions of this chapter, to procure insurance against any loss in connection with its property and other assets, including mortgages and mortgage loans, in such amounts and from such insurers as it deems desirable.
