11-11-127. Purchase and sale of federally guaranteed or insured mortgage loans. Loans purchased or sold hereunder may include but shall not be limited to loans which are insured, guaranteed, or assisted by the United States or by an agency or instrumentality thereof or for which there is a commitment by the United States or an agency or instrumentality thereof to insure, guaranty, or assist such loan.
