11-11-163. Accounts, records, and reports required of multifamily unit sponsors and day-care facilities. The authority shall have the power, in the supervision of housing sponsors of multifamily residential housing units and day-care facilities and their real and personal property, to prescribe uniform systems of accounts and records for housing sponsors and the authority may require them to make reports and give answers to specific questions on such forms and at such times as may be necessary for the purposes of this chapter.
